Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Hyperion Entities when you use hyperionentities.com, create an account, or become a member. We've tried to write it in plain language, so it can actually be read.
Effective date: October 5, 2026. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
The short version
- Hyperion Entities is education, not investment advice. Your decisions are your own.
- Membership is $40 a month, billed through Whop, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your Whop account, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
- Your account is for you alone. Please don't share it or republish the lessons.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account or become a member.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By using hyperionentities.com, creating an account, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Educational Disclaimer, and, if you join the Discord server, our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
"Hyperion Entities," "we," "us," and "our" mean the business that runs hyperionentities.com. "You" means the person using it.
2. Who can use Hyperion Entities
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership, and by doing either you confirm that you are. Lessons about taxes, accounts, and regulation are written for the United States.
3. Education, not advice
Everything on Hyperion Entities is general education. None of it is personalized investment, financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment. We aren't a brokerage, an investment adviser, or a tax or legal practice.
Trade journals are paused. If Hyperion Entities publishes them again, they'll report trades that contributors have already made in their own accounts, under the rules published for them. They'll be records of other people's decisions, not recommendations for yours, and nothing in them will be tailored to you.
Investing involves risk, including the loss of money you invest, and any decision you make is your own. The Educational Disclaimer explains this in more detail and is part of these terms.
4. Your account
- Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your account is for you alone. Don't share it, sell it, or let anyone else use it.
- Give us accurate information, especially your email address, so we can reach you about your account.
- You're responsible for activity under your account, unless it happens because we failed to keep it secure.
5. Membership, billing, and renewal
- Membership costs $40 a month. The price, and any tax that applies, is shown before you buy.
- Memberships are sold and billed through Whop, under Whop's terms. When you buy, you authorize Whop to charge your payment method each month.
- Your membership renews automatically every month, at the price you signed up for, until you cancel.
- If we ever change the price for existing members, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
- If a payment fails, your access to member lessons may pause until the payment goes through.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future charges.
- After you cancel, you keep access to member lessons until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Then it ends.
- Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months and for lessons you didn't use, except where the law requires a refund.
- Cancelling your membership doesn't delete your Hyperion Entities account or your progress. You keep your free account unless you ask us to delete it.
7. What membership includes
Membership gives you access to the member lessons, capstone projects, and tools published on the site, and the members-only channels in the Hyperion Entities Discord server, for as long as your membership is active. The course is still growing: some parts and depth tracks are being written, and the curriculum shows what's published. New lessons are included in membership as they're published.
We may update, reorganize, or retire lessons and features over time, for example to keep them accurate. Discord access is provided through Discord, under Discord's own terms, and can be removed for breaking the Community Guidelines.
8. Using the lessons
The lessons, examples, quizzes, tools, graphics, and the Hyperion Entities name and logo belong to Hyperion Entities and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not:
- copy, republish, sell, or distribute lessons or other member content, in whole or in substantial part, including by posting them online or in group chats;
- share member content, or access to it, with people who aren't members;
- use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or copy the site, including to gather content for training AI models;
- interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to get into accounts or areas you aren't allowed to use; or
- use Hyperion Entities to promote investments, paid services, or schemes of any kind.
Quoting a short passage for discussion or commentary, with credit and a link back to the lesson, is fine.
9. The community and your contributions
If you join the Discord server, follow the Community Guidelines. You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything unlawful, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share. Moderators may remove posts and remove people who break the guidelines.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Hyperion Entities without owing you anything for them.
10. Other companies' services and links
Whop, Discord, and the other services we rely on are run by other companies, under their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them. Lessons link to outside sources, such as government websites, so you can check facts for yourself. We don't control those websites.
11. Suspending or ending access
You can stop using Hyperion Entities at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.
We may suspend or end your access, including your membership, if you break these terms, for example by sharing your account, republishing member content, or using the community to promote investments, or if the law requires us to. If we end your access because you broke these terms, you won't receive a refund. If we ever stop offering memberships altogether, we'll give members at least 30 days' notice and stop future charges.
12. No guarantees
We work hard to keep lessons accurate and current, and we check facts against their sources, but we can't promise that everything is error-free, complete, or up to date, or that the site will always be available. If you find a mistake, please tell us; our editorial standards explain how corrections work.
To the extent the law allows, Hyperion Entities is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular result from taking the course, financial or otherwise.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Hyperion Entities isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for investment losses or lost profits, arising from your use of the site, the lessons, or the community.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to Hyperion Entities is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $50.
Some places don't allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
14. If you misuse the site
If you break these terms or misuse Hyperion Entities, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.
15. Disputes and governing law
If you have a problem, please email us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute we can't resolve informally will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Either of us may also bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell members by email or with a notice on the site at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless a faster change is needed for legal or security reasons. If you keep using Hyperion Entities after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you don't agree with them, you can cancel and stop using the site.
17. Everything else
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Educational Disclaimer, and the Community Guidelines, are the whole agreement between you and Hyperion Entities about the site. If any part turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them if Hyperion Entities is sold or reorganized.
