Community guidelines
The Hyperion Entities Discord is a place for learners from different walks of life to connect and talk. It's open to everyone with a free account, and members also have members-only channels. These rules keep it useful and safe.
What it isn't
The Discord isn't a source of investment, tax, or legal advice. The Hyperion Entities team and moderators won't tell anyone what to buy or sell, when to trade, or how to invest their own accounts, and won't review anyone's personal portfolio.
What members post is their own opinion, not the view of Hyperion Entities. Nobody there knows your full situation, so treat every post as one person's view and check anything important against primary sources.
Not allowed
- Promoting investments. No pitching, pumping, or coordinating trades in any stock, crypto asset, or other investment, and no "signals" or alerts.
- Selling anything. No paid groups, courses, trading bots, signal services, or offers to manage someone's money.
- Referral and affiliate links. None, for brokers, exchanges, apps, or anything else.
- Pretending to be someone. No impersonating staff, professionals, or public figures, and no claiming credentials you don't have.
- Asking for money or private information. No requests for account details, passwords, or payments, and no direct messages offering investments. Report anyone who sends one.
- Performance bragging. No screenshots of gains or promises of returns.
- Harassment. Disagree with ideas, not people. No hate, threats, or personal attacks.
Good practice
- If you discuss an investment you own, say that you own it.
- Share sources, especially primary ones, when you state a fact.
- Be patient with beginners. Everyone starts with Part 1.
Moderation
Moderators may remove posts and warn, mute, or remove members who break these rules. Serious or repeated breaches, including any attempt to defraud members, lead to removal from the Discord.
To report a problem, contact a moderator in the Discord or email support@hyperionentities.com. If someone tries to scam you, you can also report it to the SEC.
