Privacy Policy
What information Hyperion Entities collects when you use the website, create an account, or become a member; why we collect it; who we share it with; and the choices you have.
Effective date: October 5, 2026. Last updated: October 5, 2026.
The short version
- We collect only what we need to run the site, your account, and your membership: mainly your email address, your learning progress, and your membership status.
- Whop handles payments. We don't store card numbers on our systems.
- We don't run ads, we don't use analytics or tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.
- You can ask to see, correct, get a copy of, or delete your information at any time.
- We will never ask for your bank or brokerage account numbers, your passwords, or your Social Security number.
1. Who we are
This policy is from Hyperion Entities ("we," "us," or "our"), which runs hyperionentities.com. You can reach us at support@hyperionentities.com.
This policy covers hyperionentities.com, your Hyperion Entities account, the emails we send you, and the Hyperion Entities Discord server, to the extent we run it. It doesn't cover Whop, Discord, or any other website, including the sources our lessons link to. Their own privacy policies apply there.
2. What we collect
When you visit the website
Like almost every website, our web host's servers automatically record basic technical details of each visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, and your browser and device type. These records keep the site running and help protect it from abuse.
We don't use analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.
When you create a free account
- Your email address, and a password you choose, or the details from your Whop account if you sign in with Whop. Passwords are stored only in a scrambled, one-way form called a hash, so not even we can read them.
- Your learning progress, such as which lessons you've completed and when.
- Any optional details you choose to add, such as a display name.
When you become a member
Memberships are sold and billed through Whop. When you buy one, Whop shares information with us that it describes in its own privacy policy as confirmation of your purchase, your username, contact information, and certain account profile information. We use it to unlock member lessons and to help you if something goes wrong.
We keep a record of your membership: its status, its plan, and its start, renewal, and cancellation dates. Whop collects and processes your payment details. We don't store card numbers on our systems.
If you join the Discord community
Anyone with a Hyperion Entities account can join the Hyperion Entities Discord server, usually by connecting their Discord account through Whop. Whop and Discord handle that connection under their own policies. Inside our server, your Discord username, profile, and messages are visible to other members and to our moderators, who may act on messages under the community guidelines. We don't copy your Discord messages into your Hyperion Entities account.
When you contact us
Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us.
3. What we never ask for
Lessons are the same for everyone, so we never need, and never ask for, your bank, card, or brokerage account numbers; passwords for any other service; your Social Security number; or details of your income, debts, or investments. Please don't send them to us or post them in the Discord server.
If anyone claiming to be Hyperion Entities asks you for this kind of information, it isn't us. Keeping Your Account Safe explains how to spot this kind of scam.
4. How we use it
- To run your account, save your progress, and show you where you left off.
- To check your membership with Whop and unlock member lessons.
- To answer your questions and give you support.
- To send emails you need, such as account notices and changes to this policy.
- To send occasional updates, such as news of new lessons, only if you've chosen to receive them. Every one includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms and community guidelines.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the course is used, such as which lessons people finish, so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't use your information to build advertising profiles. We don't use it to give personalized investment advice, which we don't offer to anyone.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. When you're signed in, the website sets cookies that keep you signed in and keep your session secure, and our caching software may set one so that you see the signed-in version of each page. The site can't work properly without these, and they expire after you sign out or after a set period.
Some features save information in your own browser's storage, not on our servers: lessons you've marked complete before signing in, and anything you type into the written exercises in capstone projects. We don't receive this information. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Whop and Discord set their own cookies when you use their services, under their own policies.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that help us run Hyperion Entities, and only what each one needs to do its job:
Hostinger
Hosts our website and its database, so it stores the information described in this policy, along with the visit records described above. Hostinger's privacy policy
Whop
Sells and bills memberships, and provides sign-in with Whop. It collects your account, purchase, and payment information directly from you. Whop's privacy policy
Discord
Runs our community server. It collects your Discord account information and messages directly from you. Discord's privacy policy
Google Fonts
Delivers the typefaces our pages use. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address, your browser details, and the address of the page you're viewing. Google says it doesn't use this information to create profiles of visitors or for targeted advertising. Google Fonts privacy FAQ
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid court order; when needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of Hyperion Entities, our members, or others; to professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, who must keep it confidential; and, if Hyperion Entities is ever sold or merged, as part of that transaction. We'll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for targeted advertising.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and progress: for as long as your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll delete it within 30 days, except for anything we must keep to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Membership records: while your account is open, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax and accounting purposes.
- Messages you send us: for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Visit records: for as long as our web host's systems retain them.
- Information in your browser: until you clear it.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy of it;
- correct anything that's wrong; and
- delete your account and the information connected to it.
To make a request, email support@hyperionentities.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act. We'll respond within 30 days, and we won't charge you or treat you differently for asking. Some states give their residents specific privacy rights; wherever you live, you can make the requests above.
Cancelling a membership doesn't delete your account. Cancel through your Whop account, and if you'd also like your Hyperion Entities account deleted, tell us. You can stop optional emails with the unsubscribe link in any of them. Information held by Whop and Discord is controlled by them, and you can manage it through your account with each one.
9. Do Not Track and tracking by others
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal asking websites not to track you. We don't track visitors across other websites, and we don't allow advertising or analytics companies to collect information about your activity over time and across websites through our site. So these signals don't change anything here: we treat every visitor the same way, whether or not their browser sends one.
The companies listed in section 6 receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser contacts them. How they handle it is described in their own policies.
10. Children
Hyperion Entities is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it. You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a membership, as our Terms of Service explain.
11. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to account information is limited to the people who need it to run Hyperion Entities, passwords are stored only as hashes, and payment details stay with Whop. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
You can help protect yourself by using a strong, unique password and turning on two-factor authentication for your Whop and Discord accounts.
12. Where information is stored
Our website is hosted in the United States. Whop, Discord, and Google may process information in the United States and other countries, under their own policies. If you use Hyperion Entities from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States.
13. Links to other websites
Lessons link to outside sources, such as the SEC, FINRA, and the IRS, so you can check facts for yourself. Those websites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn't cover.
14. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll tell account holders by email or with a notice on the site before the change takes effect.
15. Contact us
Questions or requests about your privacy: support@hyperionentities.com. We reply to every request within 30 days.
