You'll build a portfolio plan for Riley, a fictional 26-year-old with an emergency fund, a house deposit due in three years, and retirement savings decades away. You'll match each goal to a suitable mix, use real US returns to see what a bad year could do, size a single-stock position, identify the risks in a set of events, work through a rebalance, and finish by writing Riley's investment policy statement.
